Taiwan is famous for her excellent Oolongs. These teas (semi-fermented and therefore half-way between black and green teas), have a rich, balanced, peach blossom flavour.

The best are produced in July each year. Pouchong is similar but even closer to green tea. Teas are said to be Pouchongs when they are less than 15% fermented.

	Formosa Oolong Choice An excellent Oolong from Taiwan with a rich chestnut character. Beautifully twisted speciality leaf with tip. Finest July quality with a light peach blossom taste.
	Formosa Orange Blossom Oolong The thick, rich, pungent, citrus aroma of Formosa Orange Blossom Oolong hits you the second you open the packet. The flavour and scent go beyond orange – the delicious, sweet taste feels like being in a Mediterranean orangery. A remarkable tea that is equally perfect in summer and at Christmas.
	Formosa Pi Luo Chun Green With large, coarse and dark tan leaves, this Formosa Pi Luo Chun produces a surprisingly light and delicate liquor, with a distinct strawberry sweetness. Best served without milk and sugar.
	Formosa Pouchong Pouchong tea is a type of Oolong, but closer to Green tea. This one, from Taiwan (formerly Formosa) is delicate, slightly grassy, with a floral character and hints of burnt toast. Lovely (and very healthy)!
